Kaicolo Consultancy recently undertook a comprehensive renovation project with the goal of transforming an outdated family home into a modern, stylish, and functional living space. The client’s vision was to breathe new life into the property while preserving its original structure. Kaicolo approached this challenge with a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail—ensuring the final result aligned with contemporary design standards without losing the home’s unique character.
The renovation began with a complete interior redesign. Walls were removed or repositioned to create an open-plan layout that allowed for better flow and natural light. The color scheme was updated to include neutral tones, creating a clean and calming atmosphere. Modern fittings, smart lighting, and energy-efficient appliances were installed throughout, making the home not only beautiful but also more practical and sustainable for daily living.

On the exterior, Kaicolo Consultancy gave the house a striking new look. Outdated finishes and materials were replaced with sleek, modern alternatives such as composite cladding, aluminium-framed windows, and minimalist landscaping.
The entrance was redesigned to enhance curb appeal, while outdoor living spaces—like a new patio and garden area—were added to create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor life.
