Kaicolo Consultancy was proud to oversee and manage the successful execution of an industrial freezer construction project for Goodman Fielder at their Lautoka facility. This initiative was part of Goodman Fielder’s strategic investment to enhance cold storage capacity and ensure optimal preservation of their wide range of food products. The project’s main objective was to deliver a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient freezer unit capable of meeting growing demand while aligning with strict food safety and quality standards.
From the early planning stages, Kaicolo Consultancy worked closely with Goodman Fielder’s operational and engineering teams to define project specifications, layout requirements, and performance expectations. A full feasibility assessment and site evaluation were conducted to ensure that the new freezer would seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure.
