Kaicolo Consultancy recently completed the successful renovation of a two-bedroom apartment designed specifically for short-term rental on Airbnb. The project aimed to transform a dated and underutilized space into a stylish, functional, and welcoming home-away-from-home for travelers. The client’s vision was to create an environment that offered both comfort and aesthetic appeal, aligned with Airbnb’s competitive market expectations. Kaicolo Consultancy was responsible for end-to-end project management, from concept development and space planning to sourcing materials and overseeing construction.
The renovation involved a complete overhaul of the apartment’s interior layout and finishes. Walls were repainted in soft, neutral tones to enhance natural lighting and create a sense of spaciousness. Modern light fixtures, vinyl plank flooring, and high-quality furnishings were carefully selected to ensure durability and appeal to a wide range of guests.

The kitchen and bathroom also underwent significant upgrades to meet the needs of modern travelers. The kitchen was fitted with energy-efficient appliances, new cabinetry, a breakfast bar, and essential cookware, enabling guests to prepare meals during their stay. The bathroom was re-tiled and equipped with a rainfall shower, sleek vanity, and premium fittings to deliver a boutique-hotel experience within a cozy residential setting. These improvements not only elevated the apartment’s market appeal but also ensured it would stand out in Airbnb listings for its blend of practicality and charm.
Throughout the renovation process, Kaicolo Consultancy worked closely with contractors, designers, and the property owner to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget.
